Q 1. Are you manufacturer or Trade Company?

A We are manufacturer, established in 1998, we have our own foreign trade department.
Q 2. What's the order process?

a. Inquiry--- The more information you provide, the suitable product we can provide for you.

b. Quotation---Official quotation form with all clear specifications.

c. Printing file--- PDF, Ai, CDR, PSD, the picture resolution must be at least 300 dpi.

d. Sample confirmation---Sample will be shipped out in 15 working days.

e. Payment terms--- T/T 30% in advanced+T/T 70% before shipment; Irrevocable L/C at sight.

f. Production---Mass production.

g. Shipping--- by sea or air and detailed picture of package will be provided.
Q 3. Which terms of payment do you accept?

A T/T or irrevocable L/C at sight.
Q 4.What is the MOQ?

A Normally we can accept 1 set order, but the unit price could be higher.
Q 5. Can you customize lockers?

A Yes, the size, color, software and doors number can also be customized.
Q 6.What's your lead time?

A Usually, 30-45 working days.
Q 7.How to operate the locker?

A We will provide operation manual and operation video to you.
Q 8.How to install and test your products?

A
We have a professional after-sales team that will teach you how to install through installation manual or video, and if necessary, we will even send installation engineers and salesmen to the site to help you install and train your staffs.

We will test well before delivery.
